SVRN is a physical creative ecosystem built around one idea — that creatives build better when they are not isolated. The space exists as a production studio, an event venue, a workshop floor, and a cultural activation platform, all under one roof.
It is not a co-working space. It is not a networking group. It is a place where the people who are building things in Vancouver can come together, create something real, document it, and take it back out into the world.
SVRN sits inside the broader Lucid ecosystem. The brand work, the identity development, the creative strategy — it all finds its physical form here. If Lucid is where a brand gets built, SVRN is where it gets lived.

A professional production space available for photo and video shoots, podcast recordings, content creation, and brand activations. Fully equipped, documentary-ready, built for creatives who need a space that does not feel like a corporate rental.

Skill-building, identity work, creative development, and entrepreneurship programming. Led by working creatives and facilitators with real careers. The Inner Foundations of Creative Entrepreneurship series runs here. Heavily documented. Optional mixers after.
