Hi, I'm Drew.

I built Lucid because I kept seeing the same thing brilliant, soul-led founders hiding behind brands that didn't reflect them. Doing incredible work in private while their public presence undersold them completely.

My work lives at the intersection of identity, psychology, and aesthetics. I'm a brand strategist, creative director, and hypnotherapist which sounds like a strange combination until you realise they're all doing the same thing: helping you see what's actually there, and making it impossible to miss.

If you're still on the fence, one of these probably answers it.

Do I need to have everything figured out before we start?

No and honestly, the founders who have everything figured out usually need the least help. You need to know what you're building and be willing to do the thinking work. The clarity comes through the process, not before it.

How involved do I need to be?

This is a collaborative process, not a hand-it-off-and-wait situation. You'll need to show up for strategy calls, give feedback, and make decisions. Most clients spend 2–3 hours a week on their end. The more you put in, the more precise the output.

What if I've already started a brand but it's not working?

Most of the best projects start here. A partial brand that isn't landing is often easier to work with than nothing because we can see exactly what's off and why. The discovery session is a good starting point if you're not sure what needs to change.

What's the timeline from enquiry to starting?

Once your enquiry comes in, you'll hear back within 48 hours. If it's a fit, we'll book a 30-minute discovery call. Proposals go out within 48 hours of the call. Most projects kick off within 1–2 weeks of signing. We take a small number of projects at a time so you get full attention, not a queue.
