Do I need to have everything figured out before we start?
No and honestly, the founders who have everything figured out usually need the least help. You need to know what you're building and be willing to do the thinking work. The clarity comes through the process, not before it.
How involved do I need to be?
This is a collaborative process, not a hand-it-off-and-wait situation. You'll need to show up for strategy calls, give feedback, and make decisions. Most clients spend 2–3 hours a week on their end. The more you put in, the more precise the output.
What if I've already started a brand but it's not working?
Most of the best projects start here. A partial brand that isn't landing is often easier to work with than nothing because we can see exactly what's off and why. The discovery session is a good starting point if you're not sure what needs to change.
What's the timeline from enquiry to starting?
